CFO Advisory for Construction Business OwnersMore work should mean more to show for it.
Grow your business with a plan for profit, cash, and what you pay yourself.
We help you set financial targets, see whether you’re on track, and choose what to do next. Every month, you get a Scoreboard, an Action Plan, and a CFO working through the decisions with you.
You’ve built the business. Is it paying off for you?
You can have a full schedule and still be unsure what the business can afford. These are the questions we work through with you.
Know where you stand. Know your next steps.
The analysis happens behind the scenes. You receive two things you can use to run the business.
Your Scoreboard
See your results and forecast against the revenue, profit, and cash targets we agreed on. Find out what’s on track and what needs attention.
Your Action Plan
Focus on up to three priorities for the next 30 days. We agree on practical next steps, who will handle them, and when they’re due.
Your written Action Plan is delivered within two business days after your monthly CFO meeting.
We review what changed, discuss the Scoreboard, and finalize the Action Plan together. At the next meeting, we check progress and adjust.
Start with what you want from the business.
More owner income. Money to fund growth. The ability to step away. Your goals shape the financial targets and the work we do each month.
Set the destination
Turn your personal and business goals into realistic revenue, profit, and cash targets.
See where you’re heading
Each month, we review actual results, update the year-end forecast, and show progress on your Scoreboard.
Agree on the next moves
Use your CFO review to choose priorities and build an Action Plan with responsibilities and deadlines.
Targets are set at kickoff and reviewed annually. Results depend on business performance and the actions you and your team take.
A financial plan. A CFO to work through it with you.
We confirm your goals, revenue, and service needs on the Right Fit Call, then explain the total investment before you commit. Additional services are scoped separately.
Schedule Your Right Fit CallYour next month, with a plan.

Founder, Bottom Line Tax Advisors LLC
Your goals lead the conversation. My role is to connect those goals to the numbers, show you where the business is heading, and work with you on what needs to happen next.
We bring the financial analysis. You bring the knowledge of your business. Together, we build a plan you and your team can act on.
A few practical questions.
I already have a bookkeeper. Where does this fit?+
Your bookkeeping provides the financial records. CFO Advisory uses those records to set targets, forecast results, and guide decisions. Bookkeeping can remain with your existing provider.
Does my business need to be in a cash crisis?+
No. This is for established construction business owners who want to grow profitably and improve what the business provides for them. An immediate cash shortage is one issue we can discuss, but it is not a requirement.
What if my books aren’t ready?+
We discuss the condition of your records on the Right Fit Call. Any needed assessment, cleanup, or financial systems work is identified before we agree on the ongoing engagement.
Are tax preparation and bookkeeping included?+
The core CFO offer delivers your Scoreboard, Action Plan, and monthly CFO review. Additional services are scoped and priced separately. We confirm what is included and the total monthly investment before you start.
What happens on the Right Fit Call?+
We discuss your goals, the financial questions you need answered, and your current records. Then we decide whether CFO Advisory fits and explain the next step and investment.
